Comet is a 1 1/2-year-old brindle and white neutered male Pit Bull mix, 52 pounds. He was found on Division St., Fort Plain in August 2013. He's a love bug with a fabulous "Pittie" smile. Comet is fine with some dogs and is great with kids.

Erin is a good-looking 3- to 4-year-old spayed female Pit Bull, 55 pounds. She's a people-friendly sweetheart. Erin loves her toys and is fine with kids. She should be your only pet. If anyone is interested in adopting either Comet or Erin, please call the shelter or visit the website: ayresanimalshelter.com.
