Community Engagement Meeting tonight

Wednesday, March 26, 2014 - Updated: 1:52 PM

There will be a community engagement meeting on Wednesday, March 26, in Fort Plain, at the Junior-Senior High School, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be to discuss the New York Rising Initiative and what areas, in Fort Plain, need specific recovery attention, due to last year’s flooding.

The meeting is open to the public and the hope is that a good turnout will give a better idea of where aid is still needed. It is important that there is plenty of feedback from the community, so that any relief the county receives can be directed to the proper channels.
