The pair were arraigned in Palatine town court and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. Bail for Dixon was set at $20,000 cash, and Bail for Kinard was set at $5,000 cash.

Both are to reappear in Palatine town court at a later date to answer the charges. Further arrests are pending.
