Fort Plain class of 1962

The Fort Plain High School Class of 1962 started their 50th reunion on June 30, with a tour of the high school, followed by a picnic at the home of Carol (DeLong) Gould. The class was treated to airplane rides over the high school, and around the Fort Plain area by pilots Raymond Gould, flying a Piper PA 11-Cub; Dan Wentworth, flying a Piper J-3 Cub; Frank Toth, flying a Piper PA-11 Cub. A catered picnic was provided by Debra Hyde and soft background music from 1959 to 1962 was provided by Carol Gould’s son, Rob Utter, of Rochester. First row, William Marosek, Carol (DeLong) Gould, Natalie (Bowerman) Zaremba, Nancy (MacIntyre) Runnion, Janet (King) Sobiech, Ronald Loyche. Second row, Carl Marcellino, Michael Weiner, Paul D’Arcangelis. Those who attended the picnic, but were not available for the tour, were Gayle (Shults) Smith, Michael Casler and Richard Nolly.
