Ladies Aid group adopts two rooms

STONE ARABIA -- Members of the Trinity Stone Arabia’s Women of the ELCA Ladies Aid group adopted two rooms for renovations in one of Fort Plain’s flooded homes just in time for Christmas. The group "adopted" rooms through the "Adopt-a-Room" program initiated by Pastor Gail Adamoschek, coordinator of the flood relief effort.

"Adopt-a-Room is a great way for individuals or groups to truly help flooded families get back into their homes, by purchasing sheet rock, insulation, tape and compound to restore just one room," said Adamoschek. "With only $300-$500, we can purchase enough supplies to rebuild one room."

"The Trinity Stone Arabia's Ladies Aid did an awesome job," Adamoschek said.
