Police Report - 02/16/2012

St. Johnsville Police Department

• A Fort Plain man was arrested Friday evening for threatening a village resident over the phone, police said. Michael Souza, 28, of 176 Palatine Church Road, was charged with aggravated harassment and released on an appearance ticket.

• Jason C. Bonneau, 29, of 7473 Route 5, St. Johnsville, was ticketed for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle Friday night, police said.

Fort Plain Police Department

• A 19-year-old Little Falls woman was arrested and charged with a harassment violation Jan. 28 after police said she punched her boyfriend and gave him a bloody nose. Sarah McDonald, of 115 Sunset Circle, was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Minden town court.

• Police arrested a woman and her roommate because she reportedly allowed him to drive her vehicle on Jan. 29 though his license was suspended. Zachary Collins, 26, and Mya Clark, 28, both of 7 Crouse St., Fort Plain, face second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and facilitated aggravated unlicensed operation charges, respectively. They are expected to appear in Minden town court at a later date.

• John Neville, a 22-year-old Canal Street resident, was ticketed for unlawful possession of marijuana when police observed the drug at his residence during response to a domestic incident Jan. 26. He was issued an appearance ticket.

• John Nichols, a 60-year-old Triumpho Road resident, was arrested on a felony charge of grand larceny for giving away company property without permission, police said. He was arraigned and released.
