Peter C. Claus, 39, of 6622 Route 29, St. Johnsville, was arrested on May 28 following a domestic incident.

Claus allegedly grabbed a 15-year-old by the neck and threw them to the ground.

He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and arraigned in Oppenheim Town Court before Justice Young, who released Claus to appear in court at a later date.
