St. Johnsville Police Department

• Misty Dawn Souza, 22, of 1 W. Main St., was arrested on June 28 and charged with second degree harassment, fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree burglary.

Souza was arrested after she allegedly returned to a residence, after already having been removed, subsequently causing damage to the dwelling.

She was arraigned and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $15,000 cash or $30,000 bail.

• George N. Drass, 27, of 307 Silver St., Ilion, was arrested on June 22 and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operator and an equipment violation.

Drass was allegedly observed operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was issued tickets and released.

• Jonathan M. Rocas, 27, 11 Old Meadow Road, Apt. 23, was arrested on June 15, and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation after he was allegedly observed operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Rocas was issued tickets and released.

• Cartesia D. Thomas, 31, of 2624 River Road, Fort Plain, was arrested on July 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .08 percent.

Thomas was issued tickets and released.
