Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office

• Robbie L. Mason, 54, of 1916 St. Hwy. 162, Charleston, was arrested Sept. 20 after a domestic dispute where he allegedly struck a sibling in the face.

He was charged with second degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Charleston Court.

Fort Plain Police Department

• Franklin J. Anelli, 17, of 15 Lydius St., Fort Plain, was arrested on Sept. 18, charged with disorderly conduct.

Anelli was arrested for continuing to yell profanities in public after being told by officers to stop. He was issued an appearance ticket for a future court appearance.

• Karissa E. Belden, 20, of 445 Pickle Hill Road, Fort Plain, was arrested on Sept. 19, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Belden was arrested at a traffic stop when it was learned that the vehicle she was driving had a suspended registration. Belden was issued 2 tickets and released.

• Jason M. Hughes, 29, of 9 Lincoln St., Gloversville, was arrested on Sept. 19, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Hughes was observed smoking marijuana behind a residence. He was issued an appearance ticket after processing and released.

• Donald Martel, 26, of 7 Rock St., Canajoharie, was arrested on Sept. 19, charged with fourth degree criminal mischief.

Martel was arrested for intentionally damaging a benefit card that did not belong to him. Martel was released on an appearance ticket after processing.

• Thomas F. Castellano, 55, of 2040 St. Hwy. 162, Esperance, was arrested on Sept. 19, charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree criminal contempt.

Castellano was arrested for damaging the property of another person who was protected by a court order. Castellano was arraigned in the Town of Minden Court after processing and remanded to MCCF.

• Kevin A. Murtha, 25, of 288 Scott St., Greenville, was arrested on Sept. 23, charged with equipment violation and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Murtha was arrested at a traffic stop after being stopped for an equipment violation. It was learned that his driving privilege was suspended. He was issued tickets and released.

• Kaylee M. Durrant, 20, of 11.5 Reid St., Fort Plain, was arrested on Sept. 17, charged with second degree harassment.

Durrant was arrested for striking another person during a domestic dispute. She was issued an appearance ticket after processing to appear in the Town of Minden Court at a later date.

• Shawn A. Lambert, of 760 River Road, Fort Plain, was arrested on Sept. 23, charged with second degree harassment.

Lambert was arrested after striking another person during a domestic incident. Lambert was arraigned in the Town of Minden Court and released to re-appear at a later date.
