Fort Plain Police Department

• Kimberly Wilder, 44, of 727 Oswegatchie Road, Palatine Bridge, was arrested recently, charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

At a vehicle stop for not wearing her seat belt, it was learned that Wilder had a suspended license. She was issued tickets and released.

• Charles Brownell, 41, of 58 Center St., Fort Plain, was arrested recently, charged with harassment with physical contact, a violation, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

Brownell was arrested after a domestic violence incident where he pushed a female victim while she was holding her child. Brownell is due back in Town of Minden Court at a later date.

• Robert C. Holligan, 38, 1101 Union St., Schenectady, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to pay a fine in the Town of Minden Court. He was arraigned in the village of Canajoharie, where his fine was paid.

Fulton County Sheriff’s Office

* Nolan D. Paro, 24, of Turnpike Road, Fort Plain, was arrested on Sept. 22 following a traffic stop on Route 29 in the town of Johnstown. Paro was allegedly observed operating his vehicle with his high beams on with oncoming traffic. He also allegedly passed a stop sign and briefly drove off the road. Upon stopping Paro, sheriff’s deputies allegedly found him to be intoxicated. He was charged with DWI, more than .08 percent BAC, failure to dim lights and passing a stop sign. Paro was issued tickets to appear in Johnstown Town Court at a later date.

Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office

• A Charleston man was arrested Sept. 10 for allegedly punching a sibling in the face.

Robbie L. Mason, 54, of 1916 Route 162, was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on tickets to reappear in town court.
