Canajoharie Police Department

• Wilberto Gutierez, 31, of 74 Walnut St., Canajoharie, wad arrested Nov. 14 and charged with failure to register change of address for sex offender registry and was transported to Montgomery County Jail.

• Christopher Harrington, 24, of Palatine Bridge, was arrested Nov. 14 on a village court warrant for failure to pay a fine. The fine was paid and he was released.

• Ryan D. McGrath, 25, of Sloansville, was arrested Nov. 15 on a village court warrant for failure to pay a fine. The fine was paid and he was released.

• Joshua Reisinger, 22, of Fonda was arrested Nov. 20 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued tickets and released. He was arrested Dec. 4 on a bench warrant issued by the village of Canajoharie. He was released to reappear at a later date.

• Andrew Willey, 24, of 112 Front St., Canajoharie, was arrested Nov. 21 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued tickets and released.

• Keven Coleman, 21, of Palatine Bridge was arrested Nov. 21 for exposure of a person and released on an appearance ticket.

• Justin M. Parkinson, 27, of Utica was arrested Nov. 22 for driving while intoxicated and received several other tickets. He was arraigned in Canajoharie village court and remanded to the Montgomery County Jail on $1,500 bail.

• Calvin L. Sweet, 43, of St. Johnsville was arrested Nov. 23 on a warrant from the village of Canajoharie court. He was turned over to Cobleskill police for other charges.

• Chad Wilder, 23, of Palatin Bridge was arrested Nov. 26 on a bench warrant from Canajoharie village court. He paid a fine and was released.

• Brian R. McGuire, 20, of Sprakers was arrested Nov. 30 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued tickets and released.

• James A. Tompkins, 24, of Fort Plain, was arrested Dec. 1 for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued tickets and released.

• Sasha E. Deforest of 33 Floral Ave. was arrested Dec. 10 after a traffic stop that led to a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deforest was released to appear at a later date.
