The Dependents release album

Thursday, May 24, Fort Plain-based band The Dependents held a well-attended record release show for their debut album “Dry Cereal”, at the Elephant Bistro, Canajoharie. Fans filled the bistro from the back straight to the front door, where the band was stationed. They played numerous sets throughout the five hour event, including songs from the debut, which will be available at all upcoming shows, including local ones such as the Violet Festival Parade in Dolgeville the afternoon of June 9, the Twister Valley Race Track the evening of June 9, and the 4th on the 3rd event in Fort Plain, and the Haslett Park Concert Series August 23. They will also play a high profile show at the famous Caffe Lena in Saratoga on August 22.
