Canajoharie to share athletic director position with Mayfield

Canajoharie Central Schools and the Mayfield Central School District are in the process of finding one person to fill a merged athletic director position for the two schools, both districts' superintendents confirmed Friday.
Each district had its athletic director leave the position before the start of the 2014-15 academic year, as Todd Jones left the post at Canajoharie and Eileen Rovito departed from the position at Mayfield.

The Lady Cougars improved to 2-0 on the season, with a five-set victory, 25-20, 17-25, 25-19, 18-25, 25-18.Emma Stortecky had 19 assists and eight aces to lead Canajoharie, while Frankie Nare added nine kills. Gracie Adams collected seven aces and four kills, while Ashley Darling compiled five aces, five kills and five digs.
