Universal Orlando Reveals New Taste of Terror Experience for Halloween Horror Nights
In exciting news, Universal Orlando has provided more details about a thrilling addition to this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. Known as the Taste of Terror, this new feature allows ticketholders to get a sneak peek of select food and beverage items associated with the event before it officially kicks off on September 1st.
Located in Soundstage No. 33, near the New York Public Library set, the Taste of Terror promises to offer attendees tasting-size portions of delectable dishes and refreshing drinks. From the mouthwatering menu to the tempting selection of beverages, guests will have the opportunity to indulge as much as they desire.
For those aged 21 and up, alcoholic drinks will be available at a hosted bar, while non-alcoholic options will also be included. Although the specific menu for the Taste of Terror has not yet been revealed, the event’s news release mentioned tantalizing items such as el pastor torta, sour apple pie funnel fires, and the intriguingly named “Bloody Campground Poutine.”
To participate in this frightfully delicious experience, ticketholders will need to purchase a Taste of Terror ticket priced at $159.99 per person. Additionally, separate theme park admission is required. As an added bonus, attendees will be rewarded with a souvenir Halloween Horror Nights light-up cup and an HHN Coca-Cola Freestyle cup to remember the experience.
The Taste of Terror will run from August 10th to August 26th, with hours from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each night. This will be followed by Halloween Horror Nights itself, which will thrill visitors for 48 select nights from September 1st to November 4th. Tickets for both the Taste of Terror and Halloween Horror Nights are currently available for purchase.
